Orders generally ship between 1-2 business days after order is placed. Personalized items may take up to two weeks to be produced, unless noted otherwise.
Jerusalem Artist Market / Coby's Judaica is not responsible for orders delayed by shipping carriers due to adverse weather conditions.
Returns can be made, up to 15 days from date of sale, if product is in same condition as purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
A 15% charge may be applied for returns made on shipped Garments and Benchers.
Custom orders (Benchers/Kippot) once the customer was emailed a sample/proof there is a $20.00 Cancelation fee.
We do not accept returns made on personalized items.
